You will be making money by finding us "Leads" that fit our criteria. All of the required training is in the videos below. These videos will show you how to maximize your time and what to look for.

MODULE #1: Welcome to the Team

This video will give a you a brief introduction to our team and explain how the process works.



Now that you know a brief overview of what you will be doing, it is time to learn how to spot an empty house! Please watch the video below.



MODULE #2: How to spot an empty house

This video will give you some key indicators as to what an empty looks like. Remember, to qualify as a lead, the house must be vacant. The process is very simple. You don't even need to get out of your car! Simply drive around, and write down the addresses of houses that look like they could potentially be empty.



At times, occupied houses can look empty. We have created a training video that will show you some key differences. Please watch Module #3.


MODULE #3: What an empty house does not look like

Sometimes occupied houses can look empty. This video explains some differences between the two.



Now that you have your leads, it is time to verify them! The process is very simple, and the video in Module #4 will explain the whole process for Wake and Durham County.

Now we have found the houses, sorted the good from the bad, and now we are ready to submit the info and get paid! Please watch Module #5 to understand how to do this.



MODULE #5: How to submit your information and get paid

Simply Email the information to Bird.Dog.RDU@Gmail.com. It must be emailed in the format described in the video. Once it is emailed, we will contact you within 24 hours to verify the leads and pay you for them.






Remeber, you will be paid through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click here to go to the PayPal website and create your account. You will be paid within 24 hours of lead submission, every time you submit leads. Good Luck! Please let us know if you need anything!
